Use of CBD as a treatment for COVID-19

CBD may have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that could potentially be beneficial in treating the virus, more research is needed to confirm these findings and determine the safety and efficacy of using CBD as a treatment for COVID-19. It’s important to note that the FDA has not approved CBD for the treatment of COVID-19, and it should not be used as a substitute for proven medical treatments. It’s always best to consult with a healthcare professional before using CBD or any other supplement.

There are several ways to support healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic:

  1. Donate to organizations that provide supplies and resources to healthcare workers, such as personal protective equipment (PPE) and medical supplies.
  2. Show your appreciation by sending cards, messages, and small tokens of appreciation to healthcare workers at local hospitals and clinics.
  3. Support local businesses that are providing meals and other essential items to healthcare workers.
  4. If you are able, volunteer to help healthcare workers by delivering groceries and other essentials to them.
  5. Educate yourself and others about COVID-19 and the importance of following public health guidelines to slow the spread of the virus and protect healthcare workers.
  6. Support funding for research on COVID-19 and vaccines.
  7. Lastly, consider donating blood to support local hospitals and clinics.

Prusa RC3 Face Shield: A prototype face shield that was developed by Prusa Printers. They went through dozens of prototypes and two verifications with the Czech Ministry of Health.

3D MASK: The Montana Mask is not an FDA or NIOSH approved N95 replacement.

The Prusa RC3 Shield’s and Montana Mask’s information presented here is intended to assist the general public during the current  global pandemic related to COVID-19 and the related nationwide shortage of personal protective equipment.  Please be aware that this mask design is not intended to replace standard protective equipment such as N-95 masks or surgical masks when that equipment is available. Each facility should test each batch of masks and face shields prior to relying on them for protection. Stay safe!
